Senior Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Assistant to provide administrative support to senior-level executives, managers, or teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior-level executives, managers, or teams, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives, managers, teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
3. Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
4. Data Management: Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
5. Problem-Solving: Analyze problems and develop solutions, escalating complex issues to senior executives or managers as needed.
6. Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
7. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree: Earned bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, communications, or public administration.
2. Administrative Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a senior assistant or executive assistant role.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, managers, teams, and external stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
1. Master’s Degree: Earned master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, communications, or public administration.
2. Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or the Certified Executive Secretary (CES).
3. Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Leadership Experience: Experience in leadership roles, such as team lead or supervisor.
