Job Title: Specialist Learning Solutions
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Learning Solutions to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization and its stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement learning solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop learning content.
4. Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
5. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on the use of learning solutions.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support learning initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
3. Proven experience in designing and developing learning solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
4. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.
5. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to design and develop learning solutions.
7. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
2. Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
3. Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and regulations, such as Section 508.
4. Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.
5. Certification in instructional design or a related field, such as Certified Instructional Designer (CID) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
