Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Student Counselor to provide guidance and support to students in their academic, personal, and professional development. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and parents to ensure student well-being and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide individual and group counseling to students.
2. Develop and implement student success plans.
3. Conduct workshops and presentations on mental health, study skills, and career exploration.
4. Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development.
5. Assess student needs and provide referrals to external resources.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in counseling, Psychology, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in student counseling or related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work with diverse student populations.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in a school or educational setting.
