Student Research Assistant
Job Summary:
The Student Research Assistant will assist in the planning, implementation, and analysis of research projects under the guidance of a Principal Investigator/Faculty Supervisor. This role involves conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to the dissemination of research findings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Literature Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of relevant literature to inform research design and methods.
2. Data Collection: Assist in the collection of data through experiments, surveys, interviews, or other methods.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze data using statistical software and techniques, and assist in interpreting results.
4. Research Design: Contribute to the development of research designs, methods, and procedures.
5. Dissemination: Assist in the preparation of research papers, posters, and presentations for dissemination at conferences and in academic journals.
6. Research Meetings: Participate in research meetings and contribute to discussions on research design, methods, and results.
Requirements:
1. Education: Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., undergraduate, graduate).
2. GPA: Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
3. Research Experience: Previous research experience is desirable.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
