Job Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team or department, ensuring that goals and objectives are met, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of employees, including setting goals, objectives, and priorities.
2. Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans.
3. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
4. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems, conflicts, and issues that arise within the team.

7. Budgeting and Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and equipment to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience.
3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

1. Master’s Degree: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Industry Experience: Experience in the specific industry or field.
