Technical Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Manager to lead our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems, infrastructure, and processes. The Technical Manager will also provide technical guidance, support, and leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring and coaching.
2. System Development: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems, infrastructure, and processes.
3. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for technical issues.
4. Project Management: Manage technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
5. Team Management: Manage and lead a team of technical professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
6. Technical Strategy: Develop and implement technical strategies and plans to align with business objectives.
7. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage technical budgets and costs, including forecasting and financial planning.
8. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technical vendors and suppliers.
9. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure technical compliance with regulatory requirements and manage technical risk.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years of technical experience, including experience in technical leadership and management.
3. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience with technical systems, infrastructure, and processes.
4. Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, including experience in team management and project management.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
