Vice Principal
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic educational leader to serve as Vice Principal. The successful candidate will assist the Principal in the administration of the school, providing instructional leadership, managing student services, and fostering a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Instructional Leadership: Assist the Principal in developing and implementing instructional programs and policies.
2. Teacher Evaluation and Support: Evaluate teacher performance, provide coaching and support, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
3. Student Services: Oversee student services, including counseling, discipline, and attendance.
4. School Culture: Foster a positive school culture, promoting student engagement, motivation, and achievement.
5. Parent and Community Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with parents, community members, and local organizations.
6. Budget Management: Assist in managing the school budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
7. Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing school policies and procedures.
8. Crisis Management: Assist in responding to and managing crisis situations, ensuring student safety and well-being.
Requirements:
1. Master’s Degree: Master’s degree in educational leadership, Administration, or a related field.
2. Administrative Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a school setting.
3. Teaching Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
4. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff and students.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
