Web Development Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring students, professionals, and teams in web development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Angular.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver web development training programs
2. Conduct workshops, classes, and one-on-one sessions
3. Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation
4. Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and training strategies
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
7. Participate in training needs assessments and analysis
8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in web development and training
3. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills
5. Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
6. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online learning platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
2. Certification in web development, training, or instructional design
3. Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline)
4. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
5. Experience with Agile development methodologies
