Technical Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Manager to lead our technical team and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our technical infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

– Provide technical vision and leadership to the team, aligning with company goals and objectives.
– Develop and implement technical strategies, roadmaps, and plans.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.

Team Management

– Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, including engineers, developers, and technicians.
– Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
– Develop and implement processes to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and knowledge sharing.

Technical Development

– Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions.
– Ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements, are scalable, and align with industry best practices.
– Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Technical Operations

– Oversee the maintenance, support, and optimization of technical infrastructure.
– Ensure that technical operations are aligned with business objectives, are efficient, and meet service level agreements.
– Collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

Education

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
– Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred.

Experience

– At least 8-10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
– Experience in leading technical teams, managing technical projects, and driving innovation.

Skills

– Strong technical expertise in areas such as software development, data analytics, cloud computing, or cybersecurity.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
