Research Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Research Officer to join our team. The Research Officer will play a key role in supporting research projects, collecting and analyzing data, and disseminating research findings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research Support:
Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of research projects.
Conduct literature reviews, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports.
1. Data Management:
Collect, enter, and analyze data using various statistical software packages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research data and findings.
1. Research Dissemination:
Assist in the preparation of research reports, papers, and presentations.
Disseminate research findings to stakeholders, including academia, industry, and government.
1. Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with researchers, academics, and stakeholders to achieve research objectives.
1. Ethics and Compliance:
Ensure research projects comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, statistics, or public health.
1. Experience:
1-2 years of experience in research assistance or a related field.
1. Skills:
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of research methods, statistical analysis, and data management.
Proficiency in statistical software packages, such as SPSS, R, or SAS.
1. Certifications:
Certification in research ethics or a related field is an asset.
